Mr. Manas Agarwal, a Business Management graduate from Nottingham University, UK is the Director of Dynamic Mining SAS and a shareholder of Dynamic Group. He has diversified experience of heading companies engaged in Project Engineering and Construction in Africa, setting up solar power plants etc. for over 2 decades. He has led Dynamic mining from inception to start operations.
Mr. Manas is a strong believer in promotion of education in rural areas in India and Africa and is part of various charitable organizations. Mr. Manas is also a Triathlete by passion and an active member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization), which is amongst the most connected global organizations.

Mr. Cheickna Diane is a mining engineer graduated from Higher Institute of Mining and Geology Of Boké(ISMGB) and has over eight(8) years experience in Mining industry. He had started his career in Dynamic Mining as a junior geologist and has worked all his way up to GENERAL MANAGER POSITION.
His contribution to the development of the project is hands down tremendous from the exploration – construction phase and now heading on to the operations phase through his technical knowledge in mining industry and his ability to successfully secure government approvals and compliances for all mining activities, ensuring uninterrupted operations and positioning the company as a regulatory compliant. Not to mention his engagement with all the inclusive stakeholders in the mining industry.

Demba joined Dynamic Mining in September 2019 as Deputy General Manager with more than 30 years of experience within mining industry in construction of civil engineering structures and port infrastructure, maintenance and administration.
Prior to joining Dynamic Mining, Demba was the director/deputy-coordinator of ANAIM in Kamsar in charge of mining infrastructures operated under concession by Compagnie des Bauxites de Guinée (CBG) (rail road, port, hospital, land and facilities) where he participated in the agreements of maritime installation with the biggest mining companies in Guinea (Guinea Alumina Corporation (GAC) and CBG). He was also a member of the rail multi-users technical committee for ANAIM mining infrastructures (CBG, GAC, COBAD/RUSAL and ANAIM).
He began his career in the mining industry at Office des Bauxites de Kindia, before moving to public administration and then CBG in various technical and managerial capacities.
Demba holds Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University, Illinois - USA. He is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE), and American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM).

Mr. Prasad Varanasi is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of extensive professional experience across the mining, cement, fertilizer, and steel manufacturing sectors in Africa and India.
He brings strong expertise in financial leadership, project financing, strategic planning, and corporate governance, particularly within complex, multi-country operating environments. Mr. Varanasi has successfully led large-scale finance functions encompassing project funding, treasury management, financial controls, ERP implementations, and stakeholder engagement.
Mr. Varanasi has held senior leadership roles with several reputed organizations, including Nouvelle Gabon Mining (NGM), Indorama (ICS, Senegal), and LafargeHolcim (Nigeria). As Finance Director at NGM, he spearheaded the financing of a mining and ferro-alloy project valued at over USD 150 million. At Indorama, he was responsible for financial consolidation, performance analysis, treasury operations, and working capital optimization. During his tenure at LafargeHolcim, he served as Country Finance Controller and SAP Lead, where he supported large-scale CAPEX initiatives, country-level financial reporting, strategic planning, and post-merger integration efforts.
